Wholesale minimum purchase is $200.00 per order, excluding Freight & GST

• Wholesale Orders require pre-payment prior to dispatch.
• Purchase Orders are welcome by arrangement.
• Payment is based on your selection at the time of ordering.
• Shipping costs & Delivery times are based on your location.

Every effort is made to ship your order as soon as it is received and payment has been processed.

Orders should be checked upon receipt so that discrepancies can be dealt with promptly.

 

Payment & Taxes

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars

Payments accepted are: Bank Deposit, Master Card, Visa Card

Pre-payment is required for all orders

Our Wholesale website does not take online payments at the time of ordering, due to the complexities of our products and their individual sizes.

Payment Methods:

• Bank Deposit: Banking details will be emailed to you with your invoice.
• Email Invoice for C/C Payment: A Credit Card request and your Invoice will be emailed to you for secure online payment.
• Payment by Phone: We will call you regarding payment.
• Contact Me: We will contact you regarding your order & payment.

GST does not apply to International orders – prices will be adjusted accordingly

Government Taxes
Orders delivered to Australian addresses are subject to 10% GST (Goods & Services Tax). International Orders may be subject to relevant Government charges applicable to country of import and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Australia

• All Freight Charges are +GST
• Our website will calculate the freight charges up to 10 kgs (see table below).
• Orders over 10kgs or Remote areas require manual calculation.
• Australian Orders are sent by Fastway Couriers – Sendle – TNT Australia.
• All Orders require a street address.
• We ship to both Commercial & Residental addresses with the options of Signature on Delivery or Authority to Leave (ATL).

Once payment for your order is received and processed, please allow up to 5-7 working days for delivery depending on your location.

Shipping & Delivery

International

Our website will calculate the freight charges.

All Freight Charges are quoted in Australian Dollars.

Orders requiring special plugs or wiring, e.g., 110 volts may add to the delivery time.

Orders are shipped by:

Australia Post International:

Is a door to door service, customs clearance and taxes imposed by the country of destination may apply. Delivery is by your local Postal Service.

TNT International:

Is a door to door service and includes the customs clearance, but does not include taxes imposed by the country of destination.

All freight in transit is barcoded and trackable at all times.

All Orders require a street address.

We ship to both Commercial & Residental addresses with the options of Signature on Delivery or Authority to Leave (ATL).

Returns Policy

Buyers must advise Aromamatic Products regarding the receipt of damaged products within five days of their arrival. Damaged goods can be reported by telephone or email.

Returns must be received by Aromamatic Products within 14 days of their documented receipt by the buyer. Health regulations prohibit the return of Aromamatic Products’ perishable product range, including essential oils. Warranty claims for non-perishable products should be directed to your original place of purchase. Warranty claim documentation should be returned with the product in original packaging.

Returned goods will only be accepted on return if the product, including packaging, is in a condition ready for immediate resale.
